1. Listening to Music may actually help you to improve your own performance during your workout. It has been tested to boost motivation and performance by increasing the pace at which you move and allows for more reps.
2. After the age of 30 people naturally lose 3-5% of muscle mass every 10 years without regular exercise to intervene in the process.
3. Working out with a group of friends or people can help you have a better workout or maybe workout for longer. It may also help to give you more of a reason to workout as you may enjoy the company of others.
4. There are workouts where stretching beforehand does not prevent injury in the ways you would think it would help. Swimming for example can cause injury in a certain part of the body that has excessive mobility if you perform a static stretch in which you hold a stretched position.
5. Humans burn an average of 50 calories for each hour they are sleeping, varying slightly depending on a few factors such as metabolic rate.
6. Too much cardio can prevent your body from losing a certain % of fat. It usually goes without saying that doing too much of something is not good and this also applies to cardio in the area of losing weight oddly enough.
