Cardiovascular/Aerobic Exercises.
The best exercises if your heart health is your main concern than cardiovascular exercises are where you should be focusing. Cardiovascular exercises force your heart and lungs to work harder to send more oxygen to your cells. Cardio exercises are the main form of heart health and they are great at reducing blood pressure, breaking down blood clots, and promoting the growth of new arteries. A lot of people also do aerobic exercise to reduce the risk of diabetes or even stop the possibility when you are pre-diabetic. A lower risk of diabetes often translates to a lower risk of heart disease because high blood sugar takes a heavy toll of blood vessels that control the heart and the exercises are meant to help the blood vessels. The most common exercise done to help the heart would definitely just be running or jogging either on a treadmill or just around where you live. After you get used to your speed and length of the workout you should naturally try to increase the length and speed of the workout to up the benefits without hurting yourself in the process, as it should be gradual.
