World's First Adjustable Cable Ratio System
Force USA delivers another innovation with the World's first interchangeable cable ratio system that quickly transforms the pulley ratio from a 2:1 to a 4:1—making it easy for multiple users to access the right amount of weight for their strength levels. For example, a 2:1 ratio means that if you have 100 lbs loaded, you're lifting 50 pounds. However, with a 4:1 pulley ratio, you only lift 25 pounds with the same 100-pound load.
Upgrade Kit Delivers Even More Versatility
The optional Force USA G10 Upgrade Kit adds three additional strength training stations, including the Jammer Arms, Leg Press Plate, and Core Trainer. It also includes five attachments, including a TV Mount, Barbell Row Handle, 4x Storage Shelves, Single Metal Handle (Pair), and an Ankle Cuff for use with the functional trainer cable pulley system.
60 Adjustment Points on the Half Rack
The front-facing uprights have 60 adjustment points—at 1" intervals—and laser-etched numbering, allowing you to fasten your J-Hooks, Safeties, or Monolift attachments at the precise height level you desire while ensuring they're always even. Power Rack
Perform squats, bench presses, overhead presses, deadlifts, and more when using the half rack power rack. The half-rack uses commercial-grade J-Hooks and Safeties, which you can adjust to virtually any height position you require. In addition, removable rubber barbell protector sleeves protect your barbell knurling and extend the life of your barbell. The uprights feature heavy-duty gauged rolled steel tubing for added durability and stability.
Functional Trainer
The smooth and natural motion of the functional trainer comes from our innovative dual cable pulley system featuring an interchangeable 2:1 and 4:11 pulley ratio and high tensile aircraft grade cables (2,000 lbs rating). Pulleys are easily adjusted vertically into 22 height positions with just one hand and provide hundreds of functional training possibilities. In addition, the cable pulley system includes dual exercise charts with 56 different exercises and 18 attachments, including various bars, ropes, handles, chains, collars, band pegs, and carabiners, helping you target and sculpt your muscles more dramatically.
Smith Machine
Leverage the Smith Machine to perform bench presses to increase upper body strength or squats for lower body strength. The Smith Machine fixed barbell accepts Olympic weight plates up to 772 lbs and features an adjustable spring-loaded safety for an extra layer of protection. Commercial grade guide rails, linear bearings, and reinforced bushings provide ultra-smooth and natural movement. Re-rack your Smith Bar with ease into any height position you need along 14 different racking levels. Add additional resistance with band pegs and SuperBands (sold separately) to add more weight to your workouts. Fitted with safe lock and release mechanisms and a safety catch, so you can max out your training without needing a spotter.
Low Row
Improve stamina, overall fitness, and strength with the Lat Row Attachment. The Low Row Plate attachment measures 9"x22" and is part of the G10 Upgrade Kit. The plate attaches to the front of either upright on the front of the rack and features a slip-resistant surface and a black powder-coated finish for added rust prevention.
Chin-up / Pull-up
Strengthen your back, arms, and grip with our ergonomically designed Multi-Grip Chin Up and Pull Up station that sits atop the uprights with a heavy 772 lbs weight rating. Knurled grip positions accommodate wide-grip, close grip, underhand, and overhand.
Lat Pulldown
The included lat pulldown bar and knee holder attachments help target and strengthen your back muscles for better posture and spinal stability. To use the lat pulldown, attach the lat pulldown bar to one of the pulleys, lift it to the top of either rack upright, attach the knee holder to the proper level on the same upright, and begin your pulldown sets.
Dip Station
The Multi-Grip Dip Handle attachments provide different options for you to choose from, allowing you to use different grips and grip widths to build mass in your upper body. Adjusts vertically on the front of the rack and readily accepts weight belts or bands for added resistance.
Suspension Trainer
The suspension trainer provides a wide range of exercises that focus on core strength, stability, and muscular endurance with one piece of equipment. Each G10 features a dedicated suspension trainer stirrup station that grants access to over 50 different exercises. In addition, it is compatible with a heavy bag or resistance band packages from Force USA, TRX®, and others (all sold separately), so you can add even more versatility to your workouts.
Jammer Arm (with Upgrade Kit)
Explosive lifting has never been safer and easier! The upgradeable Jammer arms help you perform lifting movements with greater stability and control than when using free weights—allowing you to maintain proper form throughout the full range of motion as you strengthen and sculpt your upper body. Perform multiple exercises, including incline bench presses, bent-over rows, deadlifts, shrugs, squats, snatches, lunges, and more. Attaches securely to the front of the uprights without the use of tools.
Core Trainer (with Upgrade Kit)
Build muscle and mass with the Core Trainer station. The landmine attachment is part of the G10 Upgrade Kit and receives a barbell to facilitate rotational torso training using an affixed swivel arm. In addition, it provides a wide range of upper body training options when using a barbell (sold separately), including squats, half-kneeling presses, single-arm presses, standing presses, landmine rows, and more. The core trainer attaches to either side of the rack to accommodate the layout of your workout space.
Vertical Leg Press (with Upgrade Kit)
Develop your lower body strength with the Force USA Vertical Leg Press attachment—part of the G10 Upgrade Kit. The Leg Press Plate attachment transforms the Smith Machine Bar into a Vertical Leg Press Machine. Plus, it features a slip-resistant surface, black powder-coated finish for added durability, and measures 15" x 36". In addition, the Smith Machine's14 different starting heights and built-in safety stoppers so you can customize your starting point and work out safely without a spotter.
Leg Developer (Optional)
Never skip leg day again! Isolate the Quads, Glutes, and Hips with the optional Leg Extension and Leg Curl attachment. Made with durable high-density sweat-resistant foam. Attaches to either upright. For use with or without a bench.
