The Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Bar (used with Teeter Hang Ups Gravity Boots, purchased seperately) is designed for the fit and flexible user and provides a secure and convenient method of full inversion.
The Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Bar (used with Teeter Hang Ups Gravity Boots, purchased seperately) is designed for the fit and flexible user and provides a secure and convenient method of full inversion. The Inversion Bar offers a full body stretch and is a great tool for inverted exercises (like crunches, sit-ups and squats). In fact, full range inverted sit-ups are said to be ten times tougher than horizontal sit-ups, with minimal loads placed on the back. The bar is also ideal for chin-ups, leg-lifts and similar off-the-ground exercise training. The Inversion Bar installs in a door frame, but does not interfere with the function of the door. (Note: must be installed in a solid wood doorframe constructed according to national building code standards). The Bar takes up no floor space, which is ideal for smaller living quarters.
